Service Description

A deeply rebalancing pause. For 90 minutes, I create a fully tailored treatment based on your needs in the present moment: releasing tension, calming the mind and restoring the body’s energetic harmony. The massage is performed with warm organic sesame oil, blended with essential oils selected especially for you (calming, emotional detox, muscle release, deep relaxation…). The gentle warmth of the heated table envelops the body and allows the muscles to soften more deeply. This extended time allows for more precise, intuitive work and a complete relaxation of both body and mind — like an inner reset.
